technique. This spring 99's hair cut is textured and very versatile. The fringe is short and back is tailored, with hair pulled forward and down. Color and texture is outrageous. Shimmer, shine
and textured to a new edge.
The color is placed randomly to achieve texture and non-textured areas. Levels from light strawberry to deep reds and browns, result in random highlights. Color plays of lights
and darks enhance the movement in the haircut.
Perm techniques is oversized sections with rods sitting in middle of base, hair drags in all directions varying curl from scalp to ends.
